Application with complete biodata along with photocopies of mark sheets, certificates and supportive documents are invited for one Junior Research Fellow to work in DBT Project entitled “Fungal and mycotoxin contamination of stored maize (Zea mays Linn) samples in Meghalaya and antimicrobial and mycotoxin inhibitory efficacy of some biocontrol agents and essential oils of traditionally used medicinal plants of the region ”sanctioned for a period up to March 26, 2020. The tenure of the fellowship will be co -terminus with the scheme and the stipend payable will be Rs 25,000/- + HRA per month + HRA as per DBT rules. 

 

The candidates must have M Sc Botany and have qualified NET or GATE. 

 

The upper age limit shall be 28 years on the date of advertisement which is relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/females and physically handicapped categories and three years relaxation to candidates belonging tom OBC category. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates as per G.O.I. rules.
