Stress Can Affect Reproductive Ability

Increasing stress can be very bad for a person's reproductive abilities not only in the case of men but women also have to face a lot due to this as they many times are not able to conceive due to the increase in stress level. All this depicts that the decrease in stress is altogether good for human health. Numerous reasons are claiming that reducing stress is very beneficial but this research showcases a very important phase in understanding the crucial mechanism that underlies the field of intergenerational epigenetics.

Though for now no proper research is being done specifically on medical concerns for those who are trying to conceive during COVID-19 outbreak so can't explore enough on this but can wait till the researchers will give their full-fledged study based solely on direct medical concerns with pregnancy and COVID-19.

But till then it is very important to make sure that we don't allow stress to overpower our conscience. Try to socialize through technology. Watch television and spend quality time with your parents and family to avoid stress as much as possible as stress can't be good for anyone.
